Health

He who has health has hope;

and he who has hope has

everything.” – Arabian Proverb

India is one of the fastest growing economies in the world with the above par health care system corresponding to our population which is corroborated by the fact that our mortality rate is decreasing, and the life expectancy is increasing steadily.
The Covid situation of 2020 in India made our healthcare succumb due to overwhelming infections and lack of adequate facilities for the vulnerable. The worst hit section were the people from the lower strata who until then were relying on government facilities for their healthcare needs and now have to find an alternative as the Public health service is completely concentrating on the infected people. Due to this we saw many people with unrelated diseases dying due to lack of attention.
One of the primary objectives of The Cheese Foundation is to work in the health sector by providing financial and moral support to the needy and develop a model to sustain it in the longer run. For instance, instead of taking care of expenditures towards health we aim to provide affordable health insurance to the deserving. We aim to provide healthcare assistance on an individual basis and motivate them to help others in need when they get the necessary strength and motivation thereby exploiting the power of compounding.
We are in the white board process to chalk out a strategic approach to tackle this mission and will keep you all updated in days to come.

Say Cheese Embrace Peace 🙂
